At Starbucks Korea I learned people, brands, and education. At Della Casa I learned space, guests, and the reality of running a business. My roles changed, but the direction did not: understand people, design better experiences, and make invisible value visible.
Audio, cameras, fountain pens, and cars are not decorations outside my résumé. They are years spent touching, comparing, failing, and building my own standards.
Today, I make that experience and judgment readable by AI, then connect it to video, documents, teaching, and workflows where people and AI can work together.
