Now I turn that experience into video, documents, lectures, and AI-assisted workflows.
What I Do
I started as a barista, then worked as a store manager, district manager, and later in Learning & Development, overseeing operations across 10 to 15 stores and supporting training programs and instructor development.
That experience still shapes how HAM MEDIA works today. I help turn complex experience, business knowledge, and field insight into video, documents, presentations, lectures, and AI-assisted production workflows that people can actually understand.
I connect operations, training, documentation, content production, and AI-assisted workflows into practical outputs people can see, use, and share.
